Eco Tropics plot 9
Architectural Style & Facade
-
Design Concept: The facade showcases a striking, contemporary interpretation of classic American cottage or Hampton-inspired architecture. It is characterized by prominent, clean lined gabled rooflines that alternate to create a dynamic, rhythmic streetscape for these double storey terrace homes.
-
Color Palette: A highly refined, high-contrast monochrome scheme featuring crisp white masonry, neutral light gray vertical paneling within the gables, and bold black framing that defines the architectural outlines.
-
Windows & Openings: The first floor is punctuated by large, black-framed grid windows that maximize natural daylight. The gabled sections feature wide, multi-pane windows with integrated white accent panels above them, while the recessed bays utilize sleek, vertical portrait windows.
Ground Floor & Streetscape
-
Car Porch & Entrance: A clean, modern open-concept car porch layout framed by a continuous white horizontal lintel. The ground floor entrances feature glass-paneled sliding doors and minimalist doors with black trimming, maintaining a sleek and uncluttered active frontage.
-
Landscaping & Ambiance: Rendered under clear, bright daylight, the front is bordered by a neatly manicured, low-lying green hedge that acts as a soft natural boundary against the paved driveway. A slender young tree is centered along the pedestrian walkway, adding a touch of sustainable greenery to the neighborhood park like setting.
