The building is conceived as a paired semi-detached industrial unit, emphasizing symmetry and balance. Two mirrored blocks flank a central core, creating a strong visual identity while allowing dual occupancy or multi-tenant flexibility.

The façade showcases a bold and structured language, defined by:

• A central vertical spine with architectural fins, anchoring the composition
