Architectural Design & Facade
-
High-rise mixed-use development featuring a luxury hotel and premium apartments. The building's design emphasizes verticality, climate responsive features, and a sophisticated material palette that seamlessly integrates urban luxury with tropical green elements
Design & Structural Feature
-
Facade Articulation: The exterior is defined by an elegant, warm-toned grid system reminiscent of timber or premium composite fins which serves both an aesthetic purpose and acts as functional solar shading.
-
Vertical Greenery: A prominent design highlight visible is the continuous, vertically stacked planter system running up the slender edge of the tower. This brings a vibrant, eco-friendly element to the structural concrete and glass.
-
Sky Amenities & Recessed Decks: The tower incorporates an expansive, double-volume recessed sky terrace located at the mid-to-lower third of the structure. This landscaped deck serves as an elevated communal oasis, featuring lush trees and breakout spaces for residents or hotel guests.
-
Podium & Street Level Integration: The ground tier opens up to a sleek, glazed lobby entrance. The streetscape is heavily landscaped with manicured shrubs, mature trees, and wide pedestrian walkways, integrating the massive structure comfortably into its urban context.
-
Lighting and Atmosphere: Shot under clear, early morning or late afternoon sunlight, the rendering highlights the deep textures of the facade's grid pattern, casting soft shadows that give the building immense depth and a striking presence against the blue sky.
