This building is the Elmina Sports Centre, a key wellness and community landmark located within the City of Elmina in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Developed by Sime Darby Property, it serves as a primary hub for active living in the township.

Architectural Design & Facade

• Contemporary Industrial Aesthetic: The building features a minimalist, functional design characterized by its striking orange-colored metal cladding on the upper section, which serves as a bold visual anchor.

• Mixed Materials: The lower level uses a neutral grey and beige palette with clean lines, creating a professional and welcoming entrance. Large glass panels allow for natural lighting and visibility between the indoor facilities and the surrounding plaza.

• Landscaping & Public Space: The center is surrounded by manicured greenery, including a prominent circular island with a modern sculptural art piece. The layout emphasizes pedestrian-friendliness with clear walkways and shaded overhangs.​
