• Geometric Accents: The facade is defined by bold, triangular gold-framed patterns that create a sense of structure and luxury. These geometric "cut-outs" often feature perforated metal or backlighting, adding texture and visual depth.

• Digital Branding: A large integrated LED billboard is positioned on the left wing, used for vibrant property showcases and community announcements. The "Eco Business Park II" logo is centered and illuminated in gold, reinforcing a premium corporate identity.
