IBH

This building is the Eco Botanic Hotel, located within the Eco Botanic township in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. It serves as a key commercial and hospitality landmark, echoing the signature luxury aesthetic of the surrounding development.

Architectural Design & Facade

  • Symmetrical Grid Aesthetic: The building features a highly structured, symmetrical facade defined by a repetitive rectangular window grid. This "checkerboard" pattern is softened by the use of recessed balcony spaces, giving the building a rhythmic and modern urban feel.

  • Central Atrium: A dramatic, glass-enclosed vertical spine runs through the center of the building. This atrium allows for a visual connection between the floors and often features internal greenery or specialized lighting, acting as the "lungs" of the structure.

  • Rooftop Lounges: The top floor is designed with double-volume open-air spaces, likely housing a sky bar or premium lounge area. These sections feature minimalist industrial beams and integrated planter boxes, providing panoramic views of the Eco Botanic estate.
