South Hills Bandar Seri Alam

Architectural Style & Facade

  • Design Concept: The property showcases an elegant, modern interpretation of classic plantation or Hampton-style colonial architecture. It features a distinctive double-gable roofline accented by horizontal shiplap siding textures within the triangular pediments, giving the home a stately yet inviting residential character.

  • Color Palette: A clean, crisp all-white masonry base serves as the canvas, accented beautifully by charcoal-black window frames, dark roof tiles, and dark balcony railings to deliver a timeless, sophisticated contrast.

  • First Floor Balcony: Deep, recessed first-floor balconies run across the front facade, framed by substantial, square-profile colonial columns and detailed molding. The large glass sliding doors are dressed in deep teal curtains, adding a subtle splash of luxury to the upper level.
