Architectural Design & Facade

• Industrial-Rustic Fusion: The building makes a bold statement by combining raw, industrial materials with classical elements. The most prominent feature is the red-brick colonnade on the upper level, which utilizes rounded arches to evoke a sense of heritage and permanence amidst the modern steel structure.

• Large-Span Canopy: The facility is covered by a massive, deep-eave metal pitch roof. This design provides essential weather protection against Malaysia’s heavy rain and tropical sun while allowing for a vast, column-free interior space ideal for court sports.

• Biophilic Integration: Lush greenery and cascading vines are integrated into the mid-level planters. This "green skirt" softens the building's industrial edges and helps to naturally cool the ambient temperature of the open-air sections.​
