The Link Eco Botanic commercial development in Iskandar Puteri (Johor Bahru) is a premier integrated lifestyle hub that combines high-density residential living with a vibrant, street-level retail ecosystem. The design is a sophisticated take on New Urbanism, emphasizing walkability, social connectivity, and a "play-work-live" atmosphere.

Architectural Composition

• Vertical Integration: The project features massive high-rise residential towers characterized by a clean, white-and-grey grid facade. To break the monolithic scale, architects have added vibrant vertical accents in primary colors (yellow, blue, purple), giving the skyline a youthful and energetic identity.

• Human-Scale Podium: The base of the development consists of a 2 to 3-story commercial "link" or podium. Unlike traditional malls, this is designed as an open-air street mall, featuring glass-fronted retail units, alfresco dining terraces, and wide pedestrian promenades.

• Industrial-Chic Accents: The commercial blocks utilize warm red brickwork and black steel framing, creating a "New York Loft" or industrial aesthetic that contrasts beautifully with the sleek, modern towers above.​
