The building showcases a premium, contemporary industrial-corporate design that seamlessly integrates office spaces with manufacturing or logistics capabilities.

Massing & Materiality

​

• Upper Level Zoning: The upper floor features a sophisticated play on color and texture, split into two distinct volumes. The left section is clad in crisp, textured off-white architectural panels, while the elongated right block introduces a warm, salmon-pink/terracotta textured finish. Both sections are punctuated by sleek, dark-framed multi-pane windows.

• Ground Level Base: The ground floor acts as a solid, monolithic base clad in light-grey textured concrete panels, providing a strong anchoring effect to the overall structure.

Lighting & Integration

​

• Linear Facade Lighting: A continuous, concealed warm LED strip runs along the underside of the upper floor's overhang, casting a smooth, dramatic wash of light down the ground floor facade to highlight the texture.

• Interior Glow: Expansive glazing across both levels allows warm interior light to spill out, enhancing transparency and giving the facility a modern corporate identity rather than a traditional utilitarian factory look.

• Situated on the left side of the building is a deep, sheltered high clearance loading bay.

• It features heavy duty black industrial roller shutters designed to accommodate large prime movers and container trucks seamlessly, ensuring weather protected loading and unloading workflows.

Entrance & Guardhouse

• A minimalist, low profile guardhouse sits prominently near the entrance gates.

​

• It features clean white geometric lines, deep dark-framed observation windows, and an integrated modern concrete perimeter fence system that controls vehicular access.

• The rendering captures the facility during a dramatic golden hour or dusk setting, with vibrant scattered clouds and warm sunlight reflecting intensely off a wet asphalt apron, conveying an upscale, high-fidelity aesthetic for the corporate industrial development.
