The seminar and training spaces at the Wiwynn facility in Senai, Johor, reflect the company's focus on high-tech cloud infrastructure and sustainability. The design is a masterclass in Functional Minimalism, prioritizing scale, modularity, and technical integration.

Seminar Hall: Industrial Scale & Modularity

The main seminar space is designed to accommodate large-scale corporate training and technical briefings.

• Ceiling Architecture: The space features a sophisticated exposed ceiling system. It utilizes a grid of suspended acoustic panels in a staggered pattern, which helps with sound dampening in such a vast volume. Integrated linear LED track lighting and visible fire suppression systems reinforce the "Smart Manufacturing" aesthetic.

• Spatial Layout: The room utilizes a clean, expansive floor plan with polished concrete-style carpeting. Large structural columns are finished with a two-tone wrap—a durable light-oak timber base that adds a touch of warmth to the otherwise industrial grey and white palette.

• Furniture Configuration: Utilizing lightweight, modular training tables on casters and ergonomic grey mesh-back chairs, the space can be rapidly reconfigured from a traditional "classroom" style to collaborative workshop clusters.
